Welcome to Masterstreams LLC, doing business as LISTN VIP ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This privacy policy applies to all Artists, Labels, and Fans who interact with our platform and services via https://listn.vip.

2. Information We Collect

We collect distinct categories of information depending on your role:

  • For Artists/Users: Name, email address, connected Spotify/social accounts, uploaded content (cover art, audio files, metadata), and payment information processed securely via Stripe.
  • For Fans: Email address (typically obtained via Spotify OAuth or manual entry), Spotify user ID, and interaction data (presaves, follows, link clicks within the portal).
  • Automatically Collected: IP address (hashed for privacy), browser/user agent, referrer URLs, and interaction timestamps.

3. Privacy of Artist Data (Data Isolation)

LISTN VIP operates on a strict Multi-Tenant Architecture. Every Artist and Label account's fan data, portal analytics, and campaign performance metrics are logically isolated.

No other user on the platform can access, view, or export another user's data. Only the LISTN VIP Master Administrator has a system-level override, which is strictly reserved for platform maintenance, billing support, and security compliance purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

We process your information to provide, improve, and secure our Services. Specifically, we use this data to:

  • Provide and maintain the platform Services and Portals.
  • Process fan interactions such as presaves, follows, and streams.
  • Send transactional emails, alerts, and account updates.
  • Display performance analytics within the Artist Dashboard.
  • Process subscription payments and premium upgrades.
  • Improve platform performance and user experience.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We integrate with industry-standard third parties including Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, and Stripe. We share only the data strictly necessary for those integrations to function properly.

We absolutely do NOT sell fan data to third-party data brokers. Furthermore, we do NOT share one Artist's fan list or contact database with any other Artist or Label on the platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and fan data for the duration of your active account lifecycle. Certain ephemeral data, such as Fan OAuth tokens, are automatically purged after the portal conversion completes (e.g., the presave to smartlink lifecycle). Users may request full data deletion at any time by contacting support.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. This includes robust encryption at rest and in transit, hashed IP addresses, secure session management utilizing HttpOnly cookies, and HTTPS enforcement across all platform endpoints.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under GDPR or CCPA), you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These include the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, restrict processing, request data portability, and opt-out of certain communications. Please contact us to exercise these rights.
